MEET THE FOUNDER

Hello,

I am Dr. Busari Isiaka Olayinka (Dr. Easy), the founder of OpenStone Education Solutions. Over the past decade, I have committed my career to empowering students and educators by creating innovative, practical, and inclusive education solutions. With a Ph.D. in STEM Education and extensive experience in curriculum design, teaching, and leadership, I have had the privilege of working with diverse learners and educators to transform challenges into opportunities.

The inspiration for OpenStone Education Solutions came from countless conversations with students who struggled with mathematics—many of whom felt held back from pursuing their dreams in STEM fields. They often shared their regret and frustration over abandoning careers in engineering and technology because of difficulties with introductory algebra and advanced mathematics. These conversations left a lasting impression on me and highlighted a critical need: to deliver education that engages, inspires, and empowers learners to succeed.

Through my research, notably my dissertation titled “Examining High School Mathematics Teachers’ Research-Based Instructional Practices and Their Relationship to Students’ Learning Outcomes,” I gained more profound insights into how instructional strategies impact student success.

This journey reinforced my belief that transforming education requires addressing the unique needs of both students and educators. It requires actionable solutions, innovative strategies, and a commitment to delivering quality education.

This belief laid the foundation for OpenStone Education Solutions, a company dedicated to ensuring that every student has access to engaging, practical instruction and every educator is equipped to inspire.
